Neurotoxins

Neurotoxins such as Jeuveau or Botox are a quick and effective remedy to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles in the face to bring you more confidence and be proactive with skin aging.  The constant contraction and relaxation of the skin can form creases in it.  After several years, you will see the formation of fine lines and deep wrinkles.  A neurotoxin operates by preventing your nerves from telling you racial muscles to activate.  Existing wrinkles are relaxed and softened, and new ones are stopped from forming due to the lack of activity in these muscles.  While results from Botox can last for months, its effects do fade away gradually, and additional treatments will be needed.

Dermal Filler

As we age, our skin reduces the natural production of hyaluronic acid, a compound essential for the fullness and tightness of the skin.  Exposure to UV radiation in the sunlight leads to the breakdown of these hyaluronic bonds.  Over time, this can lead to the loosening and sagging of the skin.  Additionally, the repetition of certain facial expressions and loss of fat pads causes our skin to lose its firmness and fullness, resulting in sagging.  Dermal Fillers are a product used to fill in lines, wrinkles, augment the lips, and define the cheeks.  Hyaluronic acid fillers helps correct volume loss and deficits in nasolabial folds, marionette lines, oral commissures, flattened cheek bones and jaw lines.  Depending on the type of filler, results can last months or even years.  Some fillers work for more than two years.  This may be your nonsurgical option to add volume to your skin, fill hollow spaces and boost the natural production of hyaluronic acid in your body.  Over the course of a few weeks, you’ll notice a significant reduction in the wrinkles and folds of your skin.

Platelet-Rich-Plasma

PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment is personally designed for you by Ashlee R. Zeighami, APRN, FNP-C, we will take you one step closer to fighting hair loss that has already begun and stopping it in its tracks before it worsens. The procedure is minimally-invasive and involves blood drawn from your own body to stimulate the rejuvenation of hair follicles. PRP treatment at our clinic offers solutions that are two-fold: the procedure will stimulate hair regrowth while working to slow down future hair loss.  As the name suggests, the procedure works through injections of blood with a particularly high concentration of plasma, injected directly into the patient’s hair follicles.

The platelet-rich blood is drawn from the patient, plasma is separated in a centrifuge, and the injection is then positioned into the various locations around the scalp that are being targeted.  The special, micro needle is extremely thin and the great majority of our patients report little to no pain.  And, because the blood is drawn from the patient’s own body, the risk of complication or rejection is eliminated. Generally, results will begin to transpire after the first two or three months, and will be most noticeable around the six-month mark.
